This 45 minute class combines the use of machines, body weight and cardio stations to give you an all-in-one workout. In this class, you go to different stations around the room performing various exercises, while being monitored by the instructor to ensure safety and an efficient workout.

TRX
A 45 minute suspension training class which focuses on body weight exercises that develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
This class encorperates the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer which is a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
You are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise and it benefits everyone of all fitness levels.
